I thought I’d give you a normal BE Creative proposal experience. I’ve pulled together a couple of examples of how I would present your content (using some existing examples), an idea for workflow & investment required.

Brief

Westbourne Professional are looking to outsource their social media and in this process seek to create and publish content that reflects their brand, culture, services and connect with existing and prospective customers.

The key here is create a professional digital experience and offer complimentary content of value that keeps Westbourne Professional at the front of customers minds.

There are four key areas of the business that can be marketed - Sales, Purchasing, Finance and Consultancy.

Examples

Individual car promo idea.

We would create templates to promote specific vehicles and mix these up for variance whilst keeping on point with your brand. All colours used (white, black and red) reflect the colour palette of your website and wed utilise the same font (Questrial).

I’ve repurposed your ULEZ post and made it smarter with a clear benefit and call to action. It would be grerat to highlight the problems you guys solve for clients.

Work flow

It’s important to me that we minimise extra lifting for you and your team. So, we can slot into your working practices whilst also considering some robust ways of content sharing.

We tend to utilise Google Drive to store content and publish/schedule content either natively from the social networks or either Later or Canva to do so.

I know you mentioned WhatsApp - this could be utilised, we would back up content to GDrive for workflow.

Investment

1 - £500 pcm

2-3 posts per week across WP social networks.
Creative copywriting & presentation.
Implemented design.
Weekly call.

2 - £700 pcm

Same as 1 (2-3 posts per week across WP social networks, Creative copywriting & presentation, Implemented design, weekly call)+
1 hour WP location shoot per month + Lightroom edits for use across social +Web etc.

3 - £900 pcm

4-5 posts per week across WP social networks, Creative copywriting & presentation, Implemented design, weekly call)+
2 X 1 hour WP location shoot per month + Lightroom edits for use across social +Web etc - could include mini videos for Reels etc.

We typically invoice on the 1st of the month.
