Website

This proposal is based on us using Squarespace to create you a new, beautiful and easy to use website that you can manage yourselves going forward.

Squarespace is adaptable to all devices, editable in real time and updated to respond to emerging trends and technologies. I’ve produced over 200 websites using this platform and trust it for small charities and businesses as a foundation for effective digital communications and signposting.

Investment

This proposal is based on the assumption that you would provide the brand assets, logo designs, product images, font preference for use in the website build. I’ve also added additional section at the end for other services if you wanted to expand the project scope.

Phase One - Total £500 + Squarespace charge

For this we’d move your current site away from GoDaddy and onto Squarespace, with landing image, call to action, contact and enquiry forms, list of product providers and location information of the shop. It’s a ‘brochure website that mirrors your flyer’. This is pitched to be inline with your original budget suggestion.

Investment: £500
+ Annual fee payable to Squarespace (around £200 per year). This is for the platform, support from Squarespace etc.

Phase Two - Full Website - TOTAL: £2,130

Phase Two is implemented once Phase One has been completed and can be paid in instalments over 12 months if desired.

DESIGN & BUILD - £1,250
This will include an overall of the design, application of the brand layout and structure.
CONTENT - £450
Reformatting the content, creating structures for ease of use.
PROCESSES - £250
Domain transfers, uploads, content transfers and SEO
ADMIN - £180
Meetings, reviews, changes, working with webmaster, training etc

+ Annual fee payable to Squarespace (around £200 per year). This is for the platform, support from Squarespace etc.

Optional Extras

Copywriting - We can take audio notes from you and develop these into focused content pieces to develop the website, it’s SEO and add value to social media content. Typically £75 per hour
Photography - We can capture installations, team photography and more (£300 per half day for shooting or edits)
Video - We film can installations and help showcase expertise and opportunity for use in information video for prospects or as ‘hero’ section on the website for example (£300 per half day for shooting or edits).

ONGOING UPDATES
By default we would provide a full website handover and make sure you feel confident to manage yourself going forward (or a team member).

If you decided you wanted the website to be managed we offer ongoing support. These packages are as follows:

Lite (1 hour per month): £70 pcm
Standard (3 hours per month): £190 pcm
Business (5 hours per month): £300 pcm

We can also create bespoke packages around your needs should these hours not be sufficient.
