Hi Katie,

It was great to meet with you a couple of weeks ago and to get a better understanding of what you’re trying to achieve with your website, the coaching, retreats and of course your book.

This brief proposal is focused on providing a new website (built in Squarespace) which specifically focuses on the book and supporting niche around this - Christian Career Retreat and the Learning Guide.

By focusing down on this specific asset and supporting journeys we hope to elevate the significance of this resource and then allow your existing website to breathe as it leans on career clarity, job search, coaching etc.

Website

As I mentioned, this proposal is based on us using Squarespace 7.1 to create you a new, beautiful and easy to use website that you can manage yourselves going forward.

Squarespace is adaptable to all devices, editable in real time and updated to respond to emerging trends and technologies. I’ve produced over 200 websites using this platform and trust it for small charities and businesses as a foundation for effective digital communications and signposting.

The platform has regular, incremental updates helping provide users with the opportunity to keep their websites fresh and relevant for visitors.

The annual cost (made payable to Squarespace) is around £200.

Investment

This proposal is based on us taking copy from your existing website to map out the site structure and build a framework for this. We can then look at additional copy and suggested changes to maximise the impact.

Ideally you would provide a cloud folder with relevant brand assets, fonts and files (if known).

Breakdown

New Site Structure: £250
Population: £350
SEO/Meta Prep: £200
Design implementation and site refinements: £300
Admin: £100

+ Annual fee payable to Squarespace (around £200 per year). This is for the platform, support from Squarespace etc.

Optional Extras

This is for future reference

  1. Photography - Portrait/lifestyle photography as needed (£300 per half day for shooting or edits)

  2. Video - Video production for website backdrops or explainers (£300 per half day for shooting or edits).

ONGOING UPDATES
By default we would provide a full website handover and make sure you feel confident to manage yourself going forward. Some of our clients request a basic retainer for ongoing support. These packages are as follows:

Lite (1 hour per month): £70 pcm
Standard (3 hours per month): £190 pcm
Business (5 hours per month): £300 pcm

We can also create bespoke packages around your needs.
