Hope Church Harrow View

Website +

October 2025

Hi Andrew, Ben and team,

In this proposal I’ve outlined how we can work together to deliver this project, the investment required, timelines and examples of our work.

If you need any further information please ask.

Blessings

Ben

A Collaborative Approach

Following our initial meeting you mentioned about the ways in which we operate to deliver projects like this. As you have team onboard who can develop video, photography and written copy, it would advantageous to leverage this and make the website a collaborative delivery.

Working with these team members we’d develop a content plan list that would cover all the elements required for the website. This would allow creative input from church members whilst benefitting from my external vantage point to ensure we’re creating a platform that fulfils it’s aims and objectives.

The investment section further down this web page illustrates the costs of this process and would certainly reduce the cost (the alternative would be for us to send a photographer/videographer and set aside copy production time).

Examples

We’ve produced over 200 Squarespace websites, these are some of the latest for Christian organisations.

David’s Tent: www.davidstent.net
Leeds Vineyard: www.leedsvineyard.org
The Well Sheffield: www.wellsheffield.com
Yorkshire Baptist Association: www.yba.org.uk
Christians in Media: www.christiansinmedia.co.uk

Investment

Following our call and understanding your needs further, my estimate for this project is £1,800-£2,200.

This inlcudes the reconfiguration/build of the website, design implementation and advice around media production required to populate it.

I would be available to work collaboratively alongside your team to develop content briefs and plans so you can tell the story of your church community and position the website for new and existing audiences.

Next steps

  1. Agree to a preferred approach.

  2. We invoice 50% at the beginning of the project (50% on final hand over).

  3. Plan an agreed timeline commence the project with a kick off meeting online.

Thanks for giving us the opportunity to work with you.
We’d love to do so, and play a part in sewing into this Kingdom project in Harrow.

Blessings,

Ben Elliott

Thank you!
